Missing All Responsibilities For all users (Setupuser,Sysadmin)
1. Stop all the application services.
2. Connect to sqlplus as apps user and run the below procedure.
exec wf_maintenance.ValidateUserRoles(p_BatchSize => null, p_check_dangling => TRUE, p_check_missing_ura => TRUE, p_UpdateWho => FALSE);
3. Run adadmin - Compile/generate menu and rebuild JAR files
4. Run: FNDLOAD APPS/
0 Y UPLOAD @FND:patch/115/import/afscursp.lct @FND:patch/115/import/US/wfssresp.ldt
5. Start all the application services.
6. Login to EBS as SYSADMIN user and run Synchronize WF Local Tables with default values for the arguments.
7.Retest the issue.
